We live in a world full of distractions, news, and events that can easily consume our thoughts and energy. It's easy to get caught up in negative politics and current events, leaving us feeling powerless, depressed, anxious, and drained. But what if we chose to shift our focus towards love, positivity, and the aspects of life that we can influence?
Our attention is a precious resource, and we must use it wisely. When we place our focus on negative aspects of life, we feed that negativity, allowing it to grow and consume us.
The Tale of Two Wolves
This concept is similar to the Native American story of the two wolves within us—one representing darkness, the other light. The one we feed grows stronger, symbolizing the power of our thoughts and attention in shaping our reality.
By choosing love and directing our attention towards the positive aspects of life, we can nourish our well-being and inspire others to do the same. This doesn't mean ignoring the world's problems or being ignorant of important issues. Instead, it means being selective about what we allow to occupy our thoughts and taking responsibility for our own mental and emotional well-being.
When we focus on what's working in our lives, we create a ripple effect that spreads love and positivity to those around us. Just as there are countless examples of negative occurrences in the world, there is an abundance of positivity waiting to be discovered and shared. By embracing this mindset, we can improve our own lives and contribute to a more compassionate and loving society.
As we navigate life's challenges, let us remember the importance of choosing love. By taking responsibility for where we place our attention, we can cultivate our own well-being, inspire others, and foster a world filled with compassion, understanding, and positive energy. In doing so, we not only feed the wolf of love and light within ourselves but also create a brighter future for all. We see what we look for, so look for it. Love is always there ❤️
So, let's make a conscious effort to choose love in everything we do and watch as our lives and the world around us transform for the better.
Sincerely,
Love is all you need

❤️Guided Meditation: Choosing Love
Begin by finding a comfortable position, sitting or lying down. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths, allowing yourself to relax and settle into this moment.
Now, bring your awareness to your breath. Notice how it feels as you inhale and exhale, slowly and gently. With each breath, allow yourself to become more present and relaxed.
As you breathe, visualize a warm, golden light within your heart. This light represents the love that exists within you. Feel its warmth and radiance, and know that this light is a source of strength and positivity.
Now, imagine this golden light expanding with each inhale and enveloping your entire being. As you exhale, see the light radiating outwards, touching everything around you.
As you continue to breathe, think about the areas in your life where you can choose love. Visualize situations where you can direct your attention towards positivity and compassion, and see this choice enhancing your well-being and the lives of others.
Repeat the following affirmations silently or aloud:
- I choose love over fear.
- I choose compassion over judgment.
- I choose understanding over anger.
- I choose connection over separation.
As you conclude this meditation, take a few more deep breaths and feel the energy of love within and around you. Carry this feeling into your day, and remember that you have the power to choose love in every moment.
Now, gently open your eyes, and take your time to come back to your surroundings, knowing that you can access this peaceful state anytime you need to by simply choosing love.
❤️Mindful Movement and Dance Practice:
1. Begin by finding a quiet, comfortable space where you can move freely. Close your eyes, take a few deep breaths, and set an intention to connect with love and positivity during your practice.
2. Warm up your body with gentle stretches, slowly awakening your muscles and joints. Focus on your breath as you move, connecting your mind and body.
3. Start to move your body intuitively, flowing through movements that feel natural and enjoyable. Allow yourself to explore different shapes, rhythms, and expressions without judgment or expectation.
4. As you dance, visualize the love and light within you, and imagine it expanding with each movement. Feel the energy of love guiding your actions and inspiring your creativity.
5. In moments of stillness, take a few deep breaths and connect with your intention. Notice any emotions or sensations that arise, and allow them to be present without judgment.
6. Throughout your practice, repeat the affirmations from the meditation silently or aloud:
- I choose love over fear.
- I choose compassion over judgment.
- I choose understanding over anger.
- I choose connection over separation.
7. As you complete your practice, take a few deep breaths and express gratitude for the experience. Carry the energy of love and positivity with you as you move forward in your day.
